the Montessori Farmer!

I’m a Montessori Farm School teacher in Texas for ages 4-7 with where I utilize my background in equine therapy, autism approaches, and Montessori to create a learning environment that supports all learners.

I’m a firm advocate of the outdoors and animals being an integral part of every child's education, and not simply an afterthought.

was blessed to have a childhood where I experienced this type of learning through growing up on a farm and individualized homeschool education (all the way from K-12!)

As an adult, I realized how vital my childhood educational experience was in the “real world.” Unlike the many skepticisms of my “alternative schooling” I’d heard throughout my life, I became a successful, adaptable, self-motivated adult.
